The food is good, albeit exorbitantly overpriced (though the Brentwood clientele are generally willing to pay it). However, the place has very poor upper management; they are catty, uncoordinated, condescending, and perfectly willing to take advantage of their hardworking employees. This alone has persuaded me and several acquaintances never to eat there again. The way I see it, the cupcakes are good, but they’re just as good plenty of other places, too.
